March 12, 2022 - Plenty of dark black currant fruit left but also some wet leaves and barnyard. Good acidity and refined tannins. Overall, a wine in a good balance.
Starting to go a bit downhill but still a very lovely wine!

June 6, 2018 - Gotta respect a wine more than a quarter century old that you didn't store and bought on the cheap. Still alive, but i wouldn't age much more. It's best days were probably five years ago. Not a whole lot of fruit, what is there is raspberry and plum. Now its mostly forest floor and mint and menthol. Not a bad purchase though.

March 28, 2013 - Lovely wine. No tannis left but still plenty of vibrance and complexity. Double decanted, and started to enjoy about an hour afterwards. Continued to open up over the next two hours. Lovely mature right bank Bordeaux. Drink now

August 27, 2011 - Mushrooms and Wine (Helsingør): Black currant fruit nose with hints of sewer and wet fur.
Elegant black currant fruit flavors with a hint of blood and rust. The alcohol is dominating a little bit but otherwise a very solid wine.
    Long and quite intense aftertaste.
