September 30, 2017 - 9/30/2017 SPC Class Wk4: South America: Pale straw color, fairly aromatic. Fairly heavy aroma of petrol, apricot, and pear. Not the floral aromas I'd expect... off-dry, light bodied, fresh acidity. Quite powerful flavor intensity - much like drinking potpourri. Moderate finish. Didn't enjoy this flower-bomb in my mouth.
