  November 30, 2018 - A crowd favorite. Honey, apple cider, slight vegetal quality. Once again, a great match with spring vegetables. Great for the price, but not as good as the Buntsandstein.

  November 17, 2018 - Cloudy yellow. PnP and now 3.5h after being open. Muted nose with hints of tart apples, grapefruit pith, herbs and some sea spray. Palate has tart apples, meyer lemon, some herbs and a hint of saline quality that comes up on the finish. Nice juicy acids but with a rounded mouthfeel. Not nearly as complex as the Muschelkalk renditions and still joyful and enjoyable.

  September 7, 2018 - Grapefruit, orange, lemon, some stone fruit, earth, some slate-y minerals, a little vegetation, and a little wood stain on the nose. Lemon, stone fruit, a little spice, earth, vegetation, and minerals on the palate. Tart but round acidity, surprising grippiness, fairly short finish, though a little baked bread lingers on the palate. Fun wine, certainly not for everyone, but I enjoyed it, especially with somewhat savory cuisine.

  July 7, 2018 - Charmtroll. Lite ciderkänsla fräsch och livlig med grapefrukttoner och en angenäm liten bitterhet i avslutet. En snudd birkarbonat. Inget matvin men en charmig skål i solen.
