November 11, 2007 - Same notes as before. 2 additional points (from 90 to 92) for a perfect match with roasted breast of pheasant en crepinette de Byaldi. Wish I had more.

May 28, 2007 - Opened up after an hour in the glass to reveal a soft floral note, intermingled with forest floor, earth and minerals. Impressive stuffing with a hint of sweetness, elegant, smooth, balanced by tannins and made fresh with just enough acidity. Short finish detracts from a higher score. Excellent village wine. Great to drink now and should keep for a few more years.
