Community Tasting Notes 1

  • Wicker Parker wrote:

November 15, 2006 - Pinot Noir and Gamay. This pale rose-to-raisin-colored Cheverny goes almost clear at the rim and is slightly sweet and tart in equal measure. Fresh strawberries dominate but there are also subtle hints of honey, apple, and cherry in the front and spice and minerals on the finish. Light and refreshing, yet its subtle charms linger longer than you'd think.
