November 12, 2017 - NobleRottersSydney - Christmas Lunch 2017 (Geoffrey's place): {500ml, screwcap, 10.5%} [Graeme] Medium-dry dessert wine. Nose and palate of light honey and marzipan flavours, but it also has an acid-driven tartness to it. More about texture than outright flavour, although. Light-bodied really, it doesn’t make it somehow, although in view of the sub$20 price that’s a bit harsh. Don’t normally associate marsanne with dessert wines; maybe this is why?
