January 22, 2023 - 淡柠檬色，闻香有黄苹果，梨和花香，入口泡沫绵密，高酸，口中回甜，漂亮的苹果香气，酵母带来的面粉团气息，在核果和花香中收尾。口感饱满，香气鲜活而又复杂，轻微的残糖提升了愉悦感，馥郁的花果香中带着口中的甘甜，给人极大满足，一款活泼好饮的香槟，完美的开场。

January 25, 2012 - quite gold, lots of tiny bubbles. nose of lemon and apple, very creamy mouth with apple, white peach and maybe strawberry (any pinto in here?) very vinous.
