April 10, 2024 - Much better day two. Needs air (apparently). Would buy a case if I could find it again at 150 DKK / 20 Eur

January 15, 2024 - Interesting to compare with my previous notes. Previous bottle must have Ben a dud.
This is fruity, but with wel-developed tertiary notes. Definitely “new world” / “warm” Pinot - but just in the maturity of the fruit (low acidity). Really nice and would definitely buy again at DKK 150/ Eur 20 / USD 20.

    October 27, 2023 - Possibly a bland clime PN

This wine is under the expectations of a great wine. Very, very good, but no cigar.

    Fruit is straightforward.
Nothing is outstanding but I wouldn't call it bland either.
    Not a cold clime PN.
    Not a warm clime PN.

August 16, 2023 - Slightly dull. Past peak, or maybe just “in a bad place” right now. Have more bottles, but based on this I wouldn’t buy again.
Nose is weak, mostly earthy/wet forest, but aromas hardly getting out of the glass (large burgundy glass). Palate is better with fresh fruit, liqorice and some tertiary notes again.

June 27, 2023 - On the tail end of its peak window, but still showcasing enough fresh red berry aromas and flavors with an equal amount of earth. Bits of leather, orange zest, and black pepper add more fun and nuance. Medium weight, balanced throughout. Very good value wine.
