Nothing offensive, nothing remarkable here. The well-known aromas of hay, wild flowers and citrus. Frank, fresh and short on the palate. Some tell me that it belongs, or at least belonged to the conglomerate of Bodegas y Bebidas, which usually means impersonal wines.

January 31, 2020 - Well, I'll note it again for posterity since I had conflicting perceptions the last two bottles, and this one is more like the first, thankfully. Very light yellow color. Aromas of lime, lemon, grapefruit, grass, seashells, and wet rocks. Medium body and finish, high acidity that's pretty zinging and suggests effervescence, and flavors of lemon, lime, grapefruit, and minerals. Zippy, bright, and good with seafood and shellfish. 87-88

April 4, 2019 - Interesting. I didn't recall having one of these already, and looking at my previous note, clearly the last bottle showed better for me than this one is. Not sure if that's due to bottle variation or my mindset today (it's been a rough one), but here we are. Crisp, stony, and minerally, with lime and seashells, some green apple, and good acidity, but not of interest beyond that. Basically a simple wine that works well enough to pair with shellfish and the like, but not something that can hold a spotlight without the right food. 85 feels generous tonight.
