April 26, 2018 - showing better than the previous bottle. rich red berries, bay leaf, anise, mushroom, earth, and autumn leaves on the nose. palate is more lively than the last experience, with a bit fuller body and concentrated dark berries accentuated by orange, tea, and limestone. still a few thin tannins and a medium length finish.

December 15, 2017 - garnet and bricking. nose mushrooms, dried orange peels, seaweed, red berries, and leather. tart and refreshing. faded cranberries and dried strawberries show on the palate with a flowery component. paired well with the cauliflower steaks seasoned with paprika, coriander, and pepper.
