August 25, 2023 - One hour decant. Beautiful deep opaque purple color. Wonderful aromas of dark berries, purple flowers, cocoa, minerals and spice. Full bodied palate bursts with ripe black cherry and stone fruits, mocha, and oaky minerals. Tannins are well integrated and resolved. Length on the finish is extremely enjoyable. Drinking very well now.

April 15, 2022 - Consumed over two days; this is even better on day two. Full-bodied and juicy, with a long, satisfying finish of dark fruit. Dark cherries, blackberries, plum sauce, rock, terra cotta and dried, fragrant flowers. Concentrated. Still somewhat primary, this is an ager. Drink 2023 - 2037.
