September 20, 2019 - Pop and pour. Intense nose- spice box and wood. Claret color. Superb balance of spice and fruit that is both red and blue, plus some oak. Long finish that twists around a bit. Excellent. Will try day two to see if it tames itself a little and if that is a good thing.
Day 2- still robust, but a little more seamless and maybe even better than day one. -
