Community Tasting Notes 3

July 3, 2020 - Pre-Fourth of July Family Gathering: Similar to my experience earlier in the year. Developing juicy red fruits which worked perfectly with smoked chicken, baked potato salad and grilled vegetables.

January 24, 2020 - Decanted and enjoyed with a number of CdP’s and Southern Rhône blends over the course of an evening with a number of family members. Initially a bit rustic, and not nearly as polished as the CdP’s; however, this wine did show some complexity and after some air, ended up being quite charming. Overall, very good at the price point.

January 28, 2019 - We drink wine in Palm Springs, but I don’t remember it. 2nd bottle…65% Grenache produces a light-medium style. Dark garnet color, plum flavors dominate, silky texture with a short finish. The Next day it had the same profile but was simpler. It may set open all night???
