  January 21, 2023 - Fairly dense purplish ruby color. Smells like berries, graphite, floral, and black pepper. Medium body and finish, medium (+) acid, and flavors of berries, flowers, minerals, and pepper. I like to think that I'd have pegged this as chinon blind. A little tannic grip here, but I think this is pretty ready to go. Went great with root beer marinated ribs.

  January 29, 2019 - Clear medium ruby without sediments
  Complex and restraint nose of earth, celery, bell pepper, subtle dark cherries
  Very savoury, supple tannin, relatively high acidity, light medium body with minerality to compliment
  Serve slightly chilled with 30 minutes decant, ready to drink now

  October 18, 2018 - Tannic, earty, lots of flavor, decent fruit, medium bodied and light alcohol, easy drinking, drank with pizza, will drink again as we like this wine alot.
