  November 15, 2023 - Light browning with overall good color with clear edges, certainly on the way down but still enjoyable. From .750L @ 20 Years old. No real fruit on the nose after 45 min. Becomes alcohol and some what oxidized. Medium sediment in the bottle. Taste is what saves it. Wine is sweet, showing good extraction and quality with medium acidity. Drink up. $30/USD at auction.

  September 9, 2018 - We had this magnum of Bisou last night with a couple of porterhouse steaks. Glasses emptied quickly as it was excellent; everyone enjoyed it. Slow ox for a couple of hours and I should have put it in a decanter as it threw off a LOT of sediment. I have another '03 in the cellar along with an '08 that showed well a few months ago. Great value! I will look for more.

  July 23, 2014 - An excellent cab. Pair it with food or drink it on its own, works either way.
