February 20, 2021 - JE m'attendais à une syrah nouveau-monde lourde
et maquillée...et non, c'est tout en fraicheur.
Beaucoup de fruits, cerises noires et mures avec
un peu de bleuets. Du poivre et de la tapenade avec
des tannins fins et une finale bien suave
même si elle n'est pas des plus longue.
