February 7, 2021 - Medium amber. Aromatic nose of quince, ginger, dried apricot, honey. Medium sweetness, medium acidity, medium bodied. Balanced. Not very complex, but enjoyable.

June 29, 2020 - Ginger, spiced apple, honey, pineapple tart, lychee, creamed coconut. Full bodied and viscous on the palate - white pepper on the finish. Generally, feels like it will be cloying but excellently balanced by the acidity. Great stuff - quite unique among dessert wine and strongly recommend to try.
