November 7, 2021 - The recommended drink date is no later than 2013. We opened this bottle on November 7, 2021. This bottle was left over from my 50th birthday several years ago. Original notes of graphite gave way to cherry and dark fruits. Delicious.

June 30, 2007 - Very dark purple in color. The nose was a very interesting savory spice with a touch of must. The flavors on the palate were black licorice black berry and a touch of cola. It took a while for this wine to open up so try decanting for at least an hour. This bottle threw a bunch of sediment so decant carefully.
