January 14, 2024 - Pale salmon color.
Oxidative nose with sealing wax, peach pits, raspberries.
Almost salty, grapefruit, touch of fresh bread, impressive acidity, great finish.
Drinking well now but has the acidity to go further. -

September 4, 2022 - Evolving very well. The acidity is diminishing but there is still a wonderful strawberry and vanilla note. Color is lightish orange (more than rose). Layered with waxy oxidation and some nuttiness. It's not Heredia, but it does it's job very well. Drinking well now, and will be good for another couple of years at least.

November 10, 2018 - A little bit less complex than previous bottles, but still very good. The influence of the Viura is probably the signature of this wine, adding a waxy, savory, quality, with the fruit in a lighter supporting role. Very Spanish and needs to be seen as a traditional Rosado rather than an anonymous Rosé. Approaching 5 years old, I don't know how much longer I would hold these.
