August 26, 2018 - 2014 Olivier Pommard vs 2013 Pacalet Beaune 1er Cru:
- Beide direkt vor dem Probieren geöffnet
- Farbe: Pacalet blutrot leuchtend. Olivier dunkler. Eher schwarzrot.
- Olivier mit wenig Bouquet. Dann herber als der Pacalet. Typisch B. aber ohne zu starke Frucht oder Beeren.
- Beaune ist fruchtiger. Damit auch mehr Aromen. Für mich etwas interessanter und damit heute der knappe Sieger.
