Community Tasting Notes 1

November 1, 2018 - Probably caught in a weird phase, but not giving a lot of pleasure right now. Having had some old Scarpas I will bury my remaining bottles for at least a decade.
Bouquet is a little rustic with red blood, violets and iron. Acidity is quite pronounced but it misses some stuffing and overall balance. Medium body and rather short finish.
