May 2, 2019 - Flat fruit notes at the start, High alcohol/tannins on finish, the flavor profile on the finish is flat. Had with Italian pasta and red sauce, no impact on wine. This was 2015 Pauli Ranch Barbera from Portalupi in Sonoma.
