January 16, 2021 - Loved this! Something a little different.

October 7, 2020 - Not a favorite of mine. Thought wine was not very tasty, lacked fruit, finish, and was off balance

July 6, 2020 - Unusual for a tobin to taste this lean and 'bright' beamed. Great with food or meat or a fatty cheese though

    February 19, 2019 - Color - Inky dark
Nose - Berries, plum, cherry with a slight alcohol burn on the nasal membranes.
Palate - Good acid, quite tannic long into the finish which overpowers the fruit, berries. Needs more time in the bottle to soften up. Aeration helped to soften tannins and release the fruit. 24 hours later tannins had soften considerably and fruit came forward. Tannat can be quite tannic but allows wine to age well over time.
