Community Tasting Notes 1

August 31, 2009 - Nose of white pepper, dark cherries. Still has a nice tingle on the tongue with a medium finish. Nice dry affect, but still smooth. Taste is not overly intense and is the weakest part of the experience. There are nice notes of earthy spices, pepper, and vanilla. The fruit is not layered well and comes off flat. Overly ripe plum and dark cherries.
