May 21, 2020 - Pnp; classic white burgundy. Nose is pure crushed oyster shells, candied lemon peel and a hint of hazelnut. Palate is fresh and sharp but somehow soft at the same time with lime, limestone and just a hint of some exotic spice I can’t quite put my finger on. Very nice.
