December 27, 2017 - Nice color. The nose is clean and pure; showing aromas of toast, minerals, white flowers, cherry, citrus and a hint of peach. This is medium light bodied on the palate with very good concentration and real finesse. The medium plus length finish features a mineral element. This has good structure and would likely merit a higher score in 3 years...

September 8, 2017 - Finger Lakes Vacation 2017; 9/4/2017-9/8/2017 (Finger Lakes, New York, USA): Tasted at the 1886 Tasting Room. Lemon rind, weedy/seedy, a more austere Brut than previous vintages. Rounder mouthfeel than the Blanc de Blancs. Fairly long and generous finish. "Very good," 89/100.
