  December 22, 2014 - Honey yellow, not very dark.
  White flowers, soft dried herbs, peachy fruit. Very clean and undeveloped.
  Medium weight with plump softened fruit, tropical and honey, with a distinct line of zesty mineral spice, and a very long refined finish. Excellent structure, certainly the attack and middle have softened away from the rawness of youth but the crisp finish sustains it well. Age has softened it but there are no oxidative characters at all, it appears to have gracefully aged. I probably prefer these younger, they have an excellent balance of fruit to the usual Rhone spiciness, but a distinguished older white from Tempier is not surprising, and a pleasure to drink.

  March 3, 2013 - Light yellow, semillon-like. Fragrant white flowers and tropical notes, clean and crisp. Hints of honey. Med wt, soft tropical fruits, honeysuckle, gentle spice, creamy texture, pure clean long finish. Drinking well now.

  February 25, 2008 - Citrus and floral nose.. Palate of citrus, mid-palate of almond paste, slight spice, interesting light creamy texture, acidity good enough but needs more to be exciting. My first Bandol blanc, very good but at $30 seems better value elsewhere.
