July 28, 2018 - En plein le genre de rosé que j'aime! C'est vineux, avec de la matière et une certaine complexité. Un des rarissimes rosés à être mis sur le marché après plus d'un un an de vieillissement. Un vin de gastronomie avec les poissons grillés et les viandes blanches au BBQ. Très bon!
