Medium intensity on the nose. Aromas of lemon rind, fresh yellow apple, pear, Notable aromas of yoghurt, dairy.
Palate: dry, high acidity, medium alcohol, medium bodied with medium (+) flavour intensity. Flavours of fresh yellow apple, pear, lemon rind, lime, yoghurt, dairy, some wet stone. Medium (+) finish.
Very good quality. High acidity is well-integrated and balanced out by the flavour concentration and the somewhat ripe nature of the fruit, The flavours are well-defined and show good depth and some complexity and develop to a good finish.
