October 19, 2021 - Laid-back balance with freshness from salinity rather than acidity. Slightly oily texture and mildly warming finish - yet only 13 % abv. In a very good place now.

September 13, 2018 - nose floral and actually getting this slightly funky, sour beer like component that reminds me of some pet-nat. Measured ripeness with herbal notes. Intense, concentrated, mineral and long. Characterful Chardonnay. Somehow thought of Etna Bianco when drinking this. 89-90+
