Community Tasting Notes 4

April 8, 2012 - Riesling cellar clean-up: Had at one of Jen's CS group parties, at our house. Wine was very nice.
Had with some Chinese / Asian food, and was a good pairing. (Also would be good with Thai)

October 9, 2007 - Pale yellow. Petrol notes and sulpher on the mose. Pears and green apples on the taste. Thick with resid sugar. Fine qpr at 15 knowing I can find it cheaper. Didn't change mich the second day.
