December 14, 2020 - Really wanted to love it, but I think it was past its prime. Old and smokey, with menthol and savory notes -- it just never fully came together for me. That said, many classic notes as well.

April 22, 2011 - Amazed how much this wine opened up after the first hour. Mushroom nose, musty. But this wine really opens up in the mouth with a rich raspberry and soft tannins. Think this wine is drinking at its peak right now.

October 30, 2006 - I liked this better than the Preda. Much more of an elegant style. Red berry, tobacco and coffee notes. Smooth finish. Will improve 91+ points.
