March 11, 2013 - Another wedding wine, so the notes only really deal with the flavour. That said, this is good stuff at a great price. Cabernet dominates the shiraz, as you might expect with a Margaret River wine. Blackcurrant, black cherry, mint, dust, red berries, and cedar oak. Good balance and length. Really enjoyable.
