October 2, 2021 - 18mnd siden forrige flaske (flaske 8 av 12), fortsatt nesten ikke tegn til modning. Men gått av seg litt eik. Nesen mer mot det elektriske. Massiv gul og hvit frukt. Stein, krutt og røyk. Linær og identisk nese og munn. Med luft litt mer mintpreg på nesen. Balansert syre. God konsentrasjon. Medium til lang ettersmak som bærer amalfisitron, hvit frukt og nysprengt tomt. Ca 91p og beste (Chardonnay) kjøpt under 150kr i min vinsamlertid.
