  February 22, 2010 - Bland bouquet. A little bit of berry on the front, strong granny smith apple on the finish. Very tart finish.

  August 11, 2009 - Said it before I'll say it again; HUGE bottle variation on this one. This 3rd bottle is the best of the lot. Bright fruit balanced with some nice dirt and spice. Drank very much like the Sangio that dominated the blend.

  May 31, 2009 - Popped and poured. Deep red to purple; no brickishness. Zin-like nose of blackberries, pepper, and meat. Sour cherries mid-palate, oakiness, some tannins, short-medium finish. Would have scored higher if it had complemented dinner better. Overall it was consistent with the last bottle, and is still the best of the JanKris lot I've had.
