April 16, 2021 - Very nice chard. PnP and drank at cellar temperature. Very mellow and smooth, no sharpness. I think this wine is definitely better with age. Good mouthfeel. Not a thirst quencher, this is a chard to be slowly enjoyed (although we drank it quite quickly).
