March 28, 2024 - Very satiny and fruit forward. Long finish medium body.

February 19, 2024 - Dark cherry, plum, chocolate, and a bit of coffee. Beautiful on the nose, with a soft feel in the mouth. Paired well with filet mignon but would be very enjoyable on its own.

January 1, 2023 - This is just right now. I coravinned a taste, and was going to bring it to New Year’s Eve dinner with my husband, but then the flood happened. Showing it’s darker fruit right now and a hint of tannin. Excellent

May 13, 2021 - Still fairly tannic, I will leave my other bottle for a year or so I think. Or maybe have this with some spare ribs
