January 1, 2023 - From magnum. Very approachable Eden Valley riz. It’s all lime and has a slightly chalky body. Acidity towards the higher end right now. The finish a little sharp but time may soften.

Very pale straw with the slightest tinge of green with watery hue..
Lime, mandarin, blossom, mineral and chalk..
