  올빈 특유의 부드러움과 쿰쿰함이 있으며 심심하지 않게 재미있음. 향은 산미가 있으나 마실땐 산미가 크게 느껴지지 않음

  May 9, 2020 - Decanted but immediately poured. Delicious wine, well balanced with a solid structure. Very bright.
  
  Nose: blueberry muffin, but otherwise a little muted; little alcohol on the nose
  Palate: blackberry cobbler, raspberry, ripe cherry, sage, tinge of vanilla
  
  Tannins are present but soft. Long finish. Really interested to see what this wine tastes like in 5 years.

  April 11, 2020 - This is a couple of notches up from the bottle consumed just 3 days ago. Much more integrated, balanced and subtle. Still classic in style, with beautiful vanilla, plums and softer tannins. Looking at my tasting notes, seems that there was a fair bit of bottle variation going on. This was the best of the lot.

  April 8, 2020 - Vanilla and leather right off the bat. Tannic, earthy, plums dominate and very traditional in style. A tad thin but decent QPR. Medium to light bodied. Drink up.
