December 31, 2016 - Nyårsmiddag hos A+N (A+N, Duvbo): Golden yellow colour still showing some bubbles in the mature nose filled with notes of dried fruit, lighter white flowers and some burnt sugar notes. After some time it opens up with more mature notes of chocolate and cooked vegetables. Palate is dominated by lime peel and somewhat bitter dried fruit on the finish. This has for sure passed its peak, but was still very much alive. Best 2004-2014.
