March 15, 2024 - Best, and I think, last of our bottles. Dark ruby in the glass, nose of wet tobacco, black fruits and forest floor. Silky mouthfeel and the palate followed the nose. Nice medium plus finish. Wish I had one more to see if this continues to evolve.

March 6, 2024 - Dark and extracted. Black fruits, forest floor, and a bit of heat on the nose. Savory, muscular pinot flavors. A less accessible style (in my pinot framework), but it works with the right foods. To be revisited on day 2.
