Community Tasting Notes 3

March 6, 2012 - Needs some time to open up. More dark fruit - plum, cassis or blackberry. Nice mouth feel.

June 1, 2011 - We thought the fruit had faded too much and the swallow was a little short. It opened up after some minutes in the decanter but muted aromas. Cough drop, cherry, leather. Maybe some plum. A couple of days under vacuum seal and the entire old wine aroma/taste has gone away. Still less fruit than we would prefer but the wine is much more complex than the first day. The swallow is now long and the tannins pleasant. Plumlicious.

June 8, 2010 - Plum and blackberry nose and palate, medium body, light finish of brown spice with a hint of leather.
