August 14, 2022 - Very nice California red. Inky black. Black raspberries and rose petals. Very long finish. Not sure how it would go with food — had this at Vino Volo in Detroit airport and it was very nice on its own.

June 29, 2019 - Good on PnP. Good balance of dark fruit, spice. Great with our steaks. I've always loved Girard.
