January 1, 2023 - Well made cold climate chard. Medium to light body with green apples, stone fruit and Meyer lemons notes on the palate. There is plenty of acidity present which is accompanied with a mineral vein. Could last few more years but will. most likely not improve, so drink up.

January 22, 2021 - This is a delicious light and refreshing chard from Niagara. Complex with citrus and apple, minerality, good acidity. I'm not picking up on any wood influence so unsure if this is unoaked or lightly oaked. Probably the most Chablis like Ontario chard I've tasted.

May 11, 2018 - On est sur les fruits tropicaux, melon bien mûr. Belle rondeur en bouche. Le boisé est bien maîtrisé et apporte de la texture au vin. Une belle découverte, nous avons beaucoup aimé.
