November 16, 2017 - Light ruby red colour. Leather and pepper on the nose with hints of red berries. Taste of red berries and sweet cherries with hints of pepper. Fruity taste with a fresh acidity and surprisingly some light tannins in the finish. Goes well with lean fish or poultry, or just by itself. May be even better in some weeks, or perhaps months.
