July 23, 2019 - Starting with dark blackberry fruit and earth on the palate, and a citric acid that works pretty well with the fruit. This wine is better with food than without. Enjoyable bottle, but not one that makes me wish we had more in the cellar.

December 30, 2017 - Lovely violet color.
Aroma: blackberries with hints of cedar and old leather.
Palate: tannic start opens to rich blackberry and caramel flavors. Mineral notes. Needs a few years for tannins and primary fruit to mature.
