August 27, 2022 - Very flat without character. No prominent fruit or savory note. No complexity. Not going to finish it. Will not get better. However, did taste 3 blockbusters first so the wine was maybe not that bad. Drink up.

October 5, 2018 - Dark purple, full bodied, flavors of granite and concrete, dark currants, restrained fruit, very dry, very tannic. We're riffing on this wine 10 minutes after opening, but we're guessing it'll open up. Notes of licorice, good length on the finish. Pretty hot; it's 14.8 alcohol. Definitely a new world iteration of the tempranillo grape. Bigger and fuller than a Spanish version.
