March 12, 2022 - Berry and green herbal nose. Berry and oak are prominent with notes of silky mineral, earth, cherry, cola and menthol followed by light, bright citrus acidity and dry, cocoa-like tannin. This wine is expertly balanced especially considering the varietal hodgepodge.

November 29, 2021 - Tannins have softened a little more, but otherwise consistent with my previous notes. Delicious with a grilled steak.

April 10, 2021 - Deep purple colour. Nose of forest floor and spruce. Tarte Blackberry on the tongue with a lengthy, peppery finish. Not much depth.
