  January 8, 2023 - Med. yellow-gold with green hints; sour, apple sauce, lots of bubbles, good depth, youthful, seems like it needs 3-5 more years; I though thtis was a natural champers and guessed '10 Coeur de Cuvee. #4 by the group. I thought this was ok not great for a prestige cuvee. Yarom Group DD Champagnes at Blooming VIP Chinese.

  Lime flesh in color. Medium steady bubbles.
  Nutty brioche nose. Some lime notes.
  Moussey and tastes like the nose. 'Soft and creamy' as per another posters notes. Longish finish. Dry, nice acidity. A superior fizz in a pretty bottle.
  
  A lovely Canadian Thanksgiving day.

  I had it twice at the beach. Not convincing at all. It is maybe the not beloved vintage 2011 or the sweetness. Too expensive. 90-91

  August 14, 2021 - Soft, creamy, a little chalky and dusty. A friendly approachable champagne, with good mousse and fair acidity, but ultimately not worth the money.
