August 14, 2021 - Soft, creamy, a little chalky and dusty. A friendly approachable champagne, with good mousse and fair acidity, but ultimately not worth the money.

June 6, 2021 - Creamy nose with grapefruit and a floral touch. Pallet is similar with a creamy taste that develops into a white flower floral finish. Acidity is fairly low and the finish is fairly long and carries settle complexities. I prefer this vintage to the 2012.

January 30, 2021 - Pale gold, fine bubbles. Got to echo the other mentions of an off-putting nose. It’s nearly like a sour/moldy brioche sort of note? I can’t put my finger on it, but it’s certainly not a smell that screams “give me a barrel of this!” Taste is good, sort of a Viognier-like honey taste with a lot of minerality and green apple

January 29, 2021 - Initially a fairly expressive nose of pastry and figs, but develops a bit of a compost note. Crunchy mature apples on the palate but definitely a firm bitter streak running through the aftertaste. You can taste the damp vintage!

December 24, 2020 - I see everyone rates this champagne highly. Perhaps my bottle was off (not that I could detect) but this didn't rate highly amongst our group. Strong jasmine flower/acacia flower taste that was a tad off-putting in a champagne. I can see that it is well constructed and would last but where is the complexity and why the left of centre flavour profile? Colour me bemused and confused and in search of Dom.
