Community Tasting Notes 2

  • Wwinowillie Likes this wine: 92 points

July 14, 2021 - Lighter than I thought light purple and ruby
Nose: flowery, thyme, black currant, graphite, a little caramel, kind of a tart raspberry

Blackberry, deep dark plum, great dryness the tannin is not overpowering but enhances the flavor, a bit of a medium heavy body with great bitterness in the finish and lasting layers. Lots of minerality and balance of younger and riper dark fruits, this is really good and covers a lot of bases

January 13, 2021 - Should have waited 5-10 years. Will have to go buy a few more.
